Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and is only for physical products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Your digital service can be confirmed over the phone at the time of service purchase. Once the digital service or consultancy is purchased, we will not offer any refund, return, or exchange to the customer. The refund, return, and exchange offers are only valid for the physical products.
